Support for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.

Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not offered for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or buyer-entered address errors.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially different from the order, use the support link in the Printify order confirmation promptly and include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Eligible production or fulfillment issues are reviewed for a replacement or refund under the terms shown during checkout.
